Easy Roasted Butternut Squash in Under 30 Minutes
This simple roasted butternut squash makes a sweet, delicious, healthy snack or side dish!

Ingredients

large butternut squash, peeled and chopped into 1" - 2" cubes
½
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Chop into 1-inch cubes.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Toss with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil to coat evenly.
Then roast at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the edges just start to caramelize and turn a nice golden brown.
