Ingredients

cup
coconut milk
almond milk, or cashew milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
honey
1
tablespoon
cocoa powder

tablespoons
peanut butter
2
teaspoons
cocoa nibs
2
teaspoons
chia seeds
½
cup
rolled oats
optional toppings: more cocoa nibs
blueberries, raspberries, bananas
Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a large mason jar, or airtight container. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least six hours.
When you're ready to eat, simply open up the mason jar or other container and top with any additional toppings you wish. Spoon up and enjoy!

Storage:
If kept in an airtight container or mason jar, these overnight oats will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
