Fill a sauce pot with water add the dry chili turn heat on, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until chili is rehydrated.
Place the strawberries in a blow and wash, take green tops off and place the strawberries, rehydrated chili, sugar, Gran Marnier, orange and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
Put 6oz. of strawberry mix with 1.5oz. Tequila to a shaker. Shake with ice. Serve over ice. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and lime wedge.
