In a measuring cup, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and then enough coconut milk to fill the measuring cup to the ½ cup line.
Stir briefly, then let sit for 15 -20 minutes.
TO MAKE DAIRY-FREE BUTTERMILK RANCH
In a large bowl, add mayo, chives, parsley, dill, and garlic. Stir until herbs are well blended.
Add the buttermilk. Mix well.
Notes
If you want a thicker dipping sauce, you can add 1 teaspoon of hoisin and stir until well blended. You can use regular granulated sugar instead of Stevia/sugar substitute.
You can keep this dairy-free buttermilk ranch sauce in an airtight container for up to one week.
