Blend ingredients for triple berry smoothie layer together in a high powered blender until well blended. I start out with a half cup of water, and then add more as needed for the ingredients to blend smoothly. Pour into mason jar or tall glass.
Mix together your choice of dairy-free, plant-based, sugar-free yogurt with blue spirulina powder. Top triple berry smoothie layer. Top with additional berries or edible flowers.
Enjoy immediately or seal and keep in airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to one day.
For added fun flare, slice berries in half and place on the inside of the mason jar, then carefully fill in the smoothie and yogurt layers as you wish.
