1 ½inch slice gingerabout 1 teaspoon worth if it were minced
¾cuporange juice
2cupsfrozen mango
½cupfrozen strawberry
1 6-ouncevanilla yogurt
¼ to ½cupwater
Instructions
In a blender, chop up the carrot and ginger. Pulse a few times until both are minced.
Add orange juice, mango, strawberry, and yogurt. Pulse a few times to puree together. Add water, and blend again. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
