Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Make the salad

  • Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

Make the dressing

  • Whisk all ingredients together until well blended
