Super Green Smoothie
Super Green Smoothies are nutritious and delicious!

large handful of kale and/or spinach (or a combo of both!)
chopped or ripped into chunks- about 3 good sized leaves should do
peeled and cubed
medium green apple
peeled, cored, and cubed
bunch of green grapes
anywhere from 1-2 cups; more if you want it sweeter, less if you don't want it as sweet
add more if you need it
finely minced fresh ginger
cubed fresh pineapple
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until it's to a consistency of your liking.
Pour into a clear glass. Enjoy immediately.
