I love you so much, Andina. I love your Peruvian ways: your cozy upscale atmosphere, your tantalizing food, your gracious service, your cocktails, your delectable desserts, your sensuous wines.
Now that that little love letter is off my chest, here’s what one of my fave restaurants in town is offering: a special wine dinner including a three-course prix fixe menu. Guests may choose their Peruvian tapas, entrée and dessert from a large selection of the regular menu. The dinner includes a half bottle of premium Champagne or sparkling wine (with red wine options) per person.
5519 NE 30th Ave., Portland Oregon 97211
$80 per person / optional $45 per person wine pairing
One of Portland’s most romantic restaurants, in my mind, DOC is offering a 5-course Valentine’s Day dinner. If you want a seating, call NOW. They may already be sold out by the time you read this, but since they are one of my all-time favorite dining experiences in town, I had to include them. Because you should eat here. Valentine’s Day or not. If you are able to get a seating for Valentine’s Day, definitely get the wine pairing as well — they do a great job here.

I love Urban Farmer’s menu, which not only features an abundance of seafood, but each dish is also portioned to share — except for dessert, because as they state (and I fully agree): “no one should have to share that.” Choose from classics such as Dungeoness Crab Cakes, Lobster Toast, Scallop Ceviche, a New York Steak Tasting, and oh so much more yumminess to enjoy! Check out the full Urban Farmer Valentine’s Weekend Dining Menu here.
