When we moved into our current home, our son was just nine months old, and I was determined to cover our walls with gorgeous color using only no- or low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paints.
When I discovered YOLO Colorhouse paints, I fell in love. The colors were gorgeous, the company was locally based (Portland, Oregon), and it was a small business started by two women. In short, it was a company and a product I could support on all levels.
Those paints have held up nicely over the years. Now YOLO Colorhouse is getting ready to launch its new Handcrafter Color Collection, a special partnership with Rejuvenation. They are kicking off the launch with a kitchen contest and a Portland, Oregon event this Thursday, October 24, 2013.
The colors in this new collection are warm, subtle, and would make lovely backdrops to your family or office life.
