End the current year and begin the new year on a positive note! These free, positive printable cards are perfect to give as New Year’s gifts and birthday gifts to friends…and then print another set to inspire you throughout the year!
It’s the last Monday of 2015. I’m not sure whether to rejoice, panic, or both!
I hope you all enjoyed a nice Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Winter Solstice/Festivus! We hosted Christmas dinner at our house as is our family tradition, with my parents and my brother and his family all over for a big feast and the big opening of Christmas presents.
After Christmas, we enjoyed a nice quiet, leisurely weekend, with lots of family lounging time, taking down the Christmas tree and putting away the decorations. Our tree was ready to go (crispy trees make me nervous!) and Sunday was the tree pick-up day by our local Boy Scouts troop, so it had to be done.
Now we’re prepping to host our annual New Year’s Day Pajama Party. We’ve got a Mimosa Bar, Hot Cocoa Bar, and Waffle Bar planned, along with other snacky snacks. We love kicking off each year surrounded by good friends, good food & drink, and lots and lots of rowdy laughs. Football might also be involved with New Year’s Day :).
NYE Printable Bottle Labels
I designed some bottle labels to help dress up our New Year’s party wine, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and beer bottles.

Each printable sheet comes with 10 different notes containing simple, yet strong, positive thoughts to help remind those closest to you of how important, brave, loved, and fabulous they truly are.
These are sayings that quite honestly, I find myself saying often to my own sweet friends and they say to me. Everyone – every single one of us – needs to be reminded by others of how special we are, and how we each matter. It’s so very important to me that my own friends and family know this; that they know each and every day how much I love them, admire them, am inspired by them, and motivated by them.
Some of you might think this is cheesy, and that’s okay.
At 41, I have come to learn that life is too short to hold back, and that includes holding back from being super (some say Pollyana-ish) positive, finding the good in everything, and being vocal about showing our support and encouragement for those we care about. I’ve personally seen just how much my own life can be lifted by the power of positivity, and perhaps this time of year more than ever, it’s important to help others keep moving forward.

I’m in the middle of finalizing my plans for 2016 printables, both for the online Urban Bliss shop and the free printables on this blog.
I’d love to hear from you in the comments below: what type of printables would you like to see offered in 2016?
