I do not accept guest blog posts or product samples. Please pitch at least 2-3 months in advance of a holiday/season. For example, if you’re pitching a sponsorship idea for July 4th, it is ideal if you contact me in March or April in order to work it into the editorial calendar.
Standard sponsored blog post rates start at $550 per post; does not include social media.
Sponsored recipe development rates start at $750 per post; does not include social media.
Sponsored social content rates start at $150 per tweet, Pinterest pin, or Facebook post; $200 per Instagram post; $300 per Instagram story (usually 3-10, 10 second clips together but can be a series on different days).

Sponsored Travel, Press Trips
All travel stories on Urban Bliss Life are first-hand experience stories gathered from press trips or sponsored media visits. I happily travel all around the globe, with no limited location boundaries, but I do place preference on destinations with a strong culinary travel presence, since that’s what my audience is most interested in.
All expenses – flights and/or mileage & gas, lodging, attraction admission, and meals – are usually covered entirely by the hosting visitors bureau or agency. For local day travel in the Portland area, gas/mileage, meals, and day rates may apply. Every press trip receives coverage on Urban Bliss Life in at least three blog posts, usually more, and social media coverage -both live and post – is included.

A: In general, no. Q: Will you post my client’s recipe with our press photos?
A: No. All photos on Urban Bliss Life are original photos taken by me; I do not post stock or press photos, except for the rare occasion that it is required within a paid sponsored post. All recipes posted on the food blog/drink blog are recipes developed by me – or they are recipes of drinks or food from a restaurant or bar I have visited in person and have permission to post their recipes alongside my original photos.
Q: I’ve sent you five emails in the last five days. Why haven’t you answered my emails?
A: First: I adore you, and the brand you represent/blog you hope to launch/event you are planning! I am sure if we had the time to connect, we’d be fast friends. For real! Unfortunately, due to the volume of daily emails I receive and a disappointing lack of clones, I am unable to answer every email I receive…or, sadly, even a majority of them. If I did not respond to your email, chances are the brand/product/idea/event is not a good fit for my blog in terms of audience, quality, value, timing, or interest.
